i replaced the VCG and the PS and it is not leaking from the top

I had the familiar smell of oil from the VCG. I am not leaking from the top of the PS fluid. I will put down the paper towel or get under the car this weekend.

that is correct - if the wipers move down pror to up, motor is no aligned

It is not as simple as repositioning wipers. If there is a motor adjustment, please let me know. I fixed by loosening the bolt and repositioning the assembly.

I did add the 7 MM hex for the set screw to the rental package. I have 1 dust cap and two 46 MM wheel nuts I can include at the cost.
