shouldn't be "skiddish" over uneven bumps,
it should soak them up to maximize traction when turning corners on uneven surfaces

therefore throwing on the check engine light (gas vapours escaping)

and you filled the car with gas at some point and retightened gas cap...

(the dial on the left)
otherwise the highbeam wont stay in fixed position.

FYI fogs turn off when highbeam goes on.
