I had the same rattle. Check your battery. Lift it slightly and drop it. If that sounds familiar then make sure it's tied in correctly to the cage. It could be that screw/holder that rattles on you....

My Wahler lasted 11 months. Developed a slow leak. ECS Tuning replaced it with a Behr, free of charge. Hope this one lasts the normal 50-70k miles. Frustrating to have to repair these plastic parts...
