Wifey just e-mailed me the specs of the wav files she created (i'm at office now) :

- Bitrate : 256kbps
- Audio Sample SIze : 16 bits
- Channels : 1 (Mono)
- Audio Sample Rate :16 Khz
- Audio Format : PCM
