Someone offered $20K in a PM. I am sorry I have not responded. I erased the message from my cell phone thinking I could respond on the forum, but for some reason it never appeared in my inbox here. Anyway, $20K is way too low for a car with 4 years left under a full coverage warranty. Thank you for the interest though.
