I know the springs are the same. I also heard somewhere that the performance control arm ball joints are replaceable. Don't know if that's true.
There are lots of different product numbers that BMW often uses to describe identical parts. That's what you are experiencing in this situation.

BMW used to offer a different ZSP damper that you can't get anymore back in 2001 that is/was actually nicer than any ZHP damper that was ever used.

Anybody upgrading to OEM suspension is probably just best off using the OEM M3 dampers instead of the ZHP/ZSP ones (they're completely compatible).

And no, ZHP ball joints aren't replaceable.
