well i figured out what it was... pretty embarassed honestly. my wife drove it the other day and had a flat. changed it on her own and everything. i was oretty proud of her. just so happens it was the same wheel that was vibrating yesterday. long story short, i freeked out over some loose lug nuts. which i should have checked before i posted or spent an hour on forums searching for what it could be....
