I completely agree with all of your comments. I understand (and know first hand) that BMW is severely struggling from a financial standpoint. If it wasn't for the mini BMW would have been a lot a worse lot off. Now they are looking to increase their profit line. But at the same time, by doing so they taking cars that were initially intended to be a somewhat exclusive club (and yes by design) and making it so that any Joe on the street could have one. In my opinion BMW's name and reputation will go down the drain. The new ///M line will become more like a civic with younger and inevitably stupider kids owning them. It's sad.........
