So the pad can't touch the first couple MM's on the rotor disc where it joins the hub, correct?

I have the UUC/Wilwood kit for my 330Ci which uses OEM M3 rotors. The pads leave about 3mm untouched from the inner edge of the disc.

So my question is, can I use these with my wilwood kit?

Do the DD rotors retain e-brake functionality?
