You have to resync all remote keys one right after the other - i.e. do steps 2 and 3 with key #1, then steps 2 & 3 with key #2, etc.

no. it will not be cut to your car, and will not start your car. you can program any key to the locks, but if its not coded/cut to your car it won't start it.
