At this point the dynavin does not support hd radio...I wouldnt expect it to either because (as far as I know?) HD radio is a US broadcast standard (and not a very popular one) and the dynavin is a global product. If dynavin moves A LOT of units in the US they may think about adding a feature like that but at this point I cant imagine them manufacturing a different unit just for the US market. I am also a pioneer electronics dealer and I can tell you pioneer does not support HD radio much either....only a couple of models in their lineup support it.

And I hate to tell you this if you are a fan of HD radio......out of the thousands of posts i have seen an responded to on multiple forums about the are the first person to ask about HD radio.....

Dynavin's focus has been more on the internet support side of things, the new units will be compatible with their "3G internet pack," basically a USB modem and related cables and software. The way I understand it is that it will use a data sim card that you will get from (and pay for) your cell phone company, I would imagine that you could use your cell phones sim as well but until I have one and can mess around with it nothing is for sure....It looks interesting and could really expand what is possible in a mobile environment.
