it's also been proven that 2jz's make it into 8-9 second passes in 3600lbs street cars...S5X/M5X not so much. Glad you know the flow # stats tho 
I wouldn't swap an e46 M since it's probably not cost effective enough yet, but an e36 M definately 2J!!! I prefer the e36 M > e46 M styling wise
