I generally just recommend a quality metal polish and then to protect them with a sealant. The Optimum (OPT) Metal Polish is a quality polish that is easy to use. It works great on both bare metals and clear coated metals. To then protect the wheels you can use a quality sealant just like you would use on your paint. If you want a wheel specific product try the Poorboy's World Wheel Sealant. It makes future cleanings much easier while preserving the wheels in like new condition.
