Great idea! I've stickied the thread too. For everybody that posts in this thread, edit your post to include your meals for that entire day so that we don't have a thread full of multiple posts for one day's worth of consumption. If you could do that in the future Dwass that would be great. This will help maintain a cleaner format.

So far today (..9/20/2010), I've eaten....

  • Protein Shake (..with various fruit and ProLab Creatine)
  • Peanut Butter (..2 tblspns)
  • Oatmeal (..1/4 cup)

Snack #1:
  • Tuna (..2 cans)
  • 10 Whole Wheat Ritz
  • Bottled Water

Snack #2:
  • Chicken (..6 oz.)

  • Deli ham sandwich on whole wheat bread (..4 oz.)
  • Baked Lays (..1 oz...Herb/Garlic/Cheddar)
  • Peanut Butter (..2 tblspns)
  • Bottled water

Snack #3:
  • Michelina's 5-Cheese Lasagna

  • 6 Homemade Tacos (...made with 93% lean ground beef)
  • Bottled Water

Before Bed:
  • Casein Protein Shake (...with mix-ins)
