Time to confess.
Daily diet for the last 3-4 weeks:
8am ON HydroWhey upon waking
8:30am: Cup o coffee
10am:Smoothie (1/2Bananas, pineapple, blueberry, acai juice, soymilk)
ONfish oil / ON Optimen viatamin
11:30am: ON BCAAs
12:30pmPreworkout (was jack3d, now 1MR)
1pm: Hit the GYM
2:15pm: ON Hydro Whey (in car outside of gym)
2:45pm: 1/2 scoop of casein, BCAAs
6pm: Chicken Breast in alum foil, w/ olive oil, pepper. Baby spinach with light sugarfree/lowfat balsamic dressing.
Handfull of almonds
Pretty happy with results thus far, def weightless (preworkout kills appetite) nice muscle tone building up.
EDIT: add in 1 gallon of water/day
