2 Slices of Whole Wheat Bread with a few sprinkles of Honey in between, pre Workout drink
Hit the gym from 5.30-6.40am (chest/shoulders with some core work and a bit of tris)
Post Workout Shake (EAS Protein, Strawberries, Raspberries, Banana)
Breakfast (4 eggs, small baked potato, 2 strips Turkey Bacon, handful of cherry tomatoes, bottle of water)
Grapes, 4 multi-grain crackers
Boiled Hainanese style rice, rotisserie chickem
Will modify later today with the rest of the meals
