And speaking of PWO, does anyone use Accelerade or similar product? I got a huge bottle of it for Cycling and it really helps on longer rides (~3hrs)
I experimented with is as a PWO drink for weight-lifting a few months ago and felt it was really helpful with muscle recovery on back to back heavy days, however i noticed it seemed to make my stomach feel noticeably bigger. Not sure if it was temporary bloating from some of its ingridients, or just the sheer amount of Sugar it contains (I stopped using it right away)
