BIMMIAN.com - Think Twice About it!!!!
I'm NEW to Bimmian.com and I just bought a rear spoiler for my NEW 2011 335i Coupe x-drive (Mineral White Metallic - new color) from Steve early SEPT 2010.
#1 - Steve sent to California to color match the paint on the spoiler and when it came back it wasn't painted properly...went back again
#2 - Steve doesn't return my calls or e-mails rapidly enough based on easy questions (for instance WHERE is my spoiler and WHEN will I receive it)
#3 - Steve overcharged my credit card AND in $US currency and NOT $CDN currency on SEPT 29 (I'm suppose to get a $40.00 $CDN credit on my VISA and I still haven't seen that EITHER)
#4 - As of today OCT 14th I still have NO SPOILER and Steve cannot guarantee delivery time because they use the US version of Canada Post - lovely!
All in all, I think BIMMIAN.com is a Mickey Mouse company...I have yet to see my spoiler and obtain a proportionate refund on my credit card. Who knows when it will arrive and in what condition. I trust it will arrive shortly and the color paint will match my car. Steve offered to reimburse me but I'm already committed and at their mercy versus my time spent in the purchase process...why would I go elsewhere at this point.
Buyer beware...nice website, great products, unfortunately Mickey Mouse company...Marketing 101 guys!!!!
P.S. It's never about the money....we drive BMW's...it's ALWAYS about the expectations and delivering on them.
