My brakes grind at low speeds and when I pull up my drive way. the front right rotor is uneven, unlike the back rotors which are smooth without ridges. And the front left rotor has a ridge created by the pads that goes around the rotor.(sort of like a circle within a circle).

1. what can I do to make grinding go away?
2. how can I smooth the rotors?

please help
