Im new here, and dont have posts, but wanted to share my experience with the company.
Long story short, had the ramps for less than a day and I noticed a crack in the product. Called the company and asked what my options were. They told me to pound sand and they could do nothing since it wasnt purchased through them. Keep in mined it was bought from one of their vendors and drop shipped by Raceramps.com.
I had already contacted the seller (Amazon) and they told me I have to ship back the whole item. Contacted UPS and it would cost me over $100 to ship (due to size, not weight). I mentioned this to raceramps and she tells me she cant do anything and to live with it. I even offered to pay for FULL amount for a replacement part. Again she tells me to pound sand.
Well just want to spread the word.
