- Saturday: Legs
- Sunday: Off
- Monday: Back/Biceps/Abs
- Tuesday: Chest/Triceps
- Wednesday: Off/Capoeira
- Thursday: Shoulders/Traps/Abs
- Friday: Off/Capoeira/BJJ
