DIY: Built your own Shifter Boot Base without sacrificing your original

Okay, if you purchased some shifter boot online without a base. Not to worry, there are alternative ways to built your own shifter boot base without sacrificing your original.

First, pick this up ~ Hanger Tape

Use the 'Hanger Tape', use it and follow the area where the shifter base sits. Good thing for this is that it has holes where you can use electrical ties to secure it.

Once you have secured your shifter boot base, it is better to leave a little bit room for the fabrics to tug along side of the base.

Now, glue down the fabric on to the base.

Here is the final product.

BMW /// 323i

OEM M-Tech II front & rear bumper /// Cluster Ring /// Grimace Fog Lights /// CCFL angel eye

330i Diff /// REMUS Exhaust /// Heat Shield Cold Air Intake
