Get ahold of Kpeng. He knows of some awesome race oil that works miracles with E46's. You have to ask him in code, though. You have to PM him and say, "What kind of clutch fluid do I need?" He'll link you to where to buy it.
Oh... cooling system overhaul, VANOS seals, oil filter housing gasket, valve cover gasket, subframe reinforcement, suspension replacement...
