Andy is absolutely correct on the A/F issue. On a because racecar like yours, some people prefer to run it on the more rich side of the A/F curve. This is an added safety net in higher temp conditions, otherwise you're fine. Intake, headers, cat delete, fan delete, TB/ASC delete, and a tune should be good enough for 220-230whp. I would look into getting that AA chip tweaked or going with a SHARK chip.
