One issue with the Euro 2 tune for US purposes is that it disables the Key-on-Engine-off CEL, which is required in most (if not all) states to pass inspections. I would imagine someone who knows what they're doing can reenable that light though.
I could probably experiment with that, sense there is not much difference in data in bin files euro2 vs euro3 I could probably find out what byte of data turns on/off the CEL light.

I bought an extra MS43 ecu but it has a different hardware number on it so I don't know if it will work. I don't want to experiment with my stock ecu
