Angry Bizare experience at BMW Service Centre -Dubai

My car is under service warranty and on the 10.9.2011 I sent my BMW 3201 for service. To my horrow the car was delivered to me after three days with the reservour cap misplaced and no water in the reservoir. I brought this to the attention to the german service manager, who apologitically acknowledged the lapses. On driving home I heard an unsettling knocking sound inder the chasis especially when taking turns.

I immediately called the service advisor and insisted a BMW tester do a test drive with me to identify and rectify the faults. she asked me to come to the AGMC service centre ( BMW agent in Dubai) at Shaik Zaid Road first thing in the morning.

Questions that need to be addressed :

1.Why was the car left unattended for three consecutive days?
2. Why was the light maintenance done only after my complain whic is on the third day?
3. Why was there an absence of a post service inspection prior to delivery of the serviced car to the customer?
4. How do I know that the good parts from my car is not canabalised or swap while left unattended at the service centre?

My pridicaments shows either AGMC service centre is short handed or incompetent and unbecomming of BMW after sales service .

what line of action is best for me to take?
