Focus on using the inner part of the chest when you're doing flies.
My friend has a similar chest... I think its just a combination of genetics and low body fat. Presses, flys, and crossovers will get you mass and definition in the chest... but not everyone's will look the same.

Completely right about close grip bench, that works the tri's more than anything. Wide grip for lower chest.
