made the chicken and salsa, beans, corn thing for me and the gf yesterday. came out great. put sour cream, cheese, and crushed up tortilla chips on it and wrapped in whole wheat tortilla.  kind of like chicken enchiladas. most importantly, she liked it and i got laid. i love the crock pot.
