Truth be told, you have one of the best WHP outputs for any 328i as I read through Iceman00's Dyno thread.

Next 2 Mods:

1) Shark Injector

"1999-2000 E46 328i (M52tu engine) Performance Software Peak Gains
HP Gain + 15 @ 6200 RPM
Torque Gain + 12 @ 3500 RPM
New Rev Limit 7000 RPM"

Those are "Best Case" crank HP figures, so by calculating high at a 25% drive train loss you'd probably see 11.25WHP & 9WTQ.

2) Under drive pulleys, somewhere in the 3-5WHP range.
