I'm with you on the fondant. Until my wife finally found the one she's using now exclusively, I hated fondant. Most of it is too sweet and crappy tasting. This one is very mild and just adds a bit of sugary taste. I agree that icing is much better, but the results are not the same. If you want good, refined results, fondant is the way to go.
