Started on creatine and fish oil today (not sure how much to take of fish oil and if I should load on the creatine). Label says 1-2 pills with every meal. I'm going to be taking a scoop of my jacked before working out just to see if there is any noticeable difference. I'm usually against it because it keeps me up at night but that doesn't matter tonight. I'll also be adding a scoop of opt nutrition whey to my pwo milk along with 5g of creatine. Do you guys see a point in adding dextrose or is there already enough sugar in the milk?
