Don't even get me started on how wrong the sodium argument is.

Popeye's has 0 trans fats in their biscuits . . . and as near as I can tell, they haven't since 2006.
Red Lobster only says the following in their FAQ about the subject: "Q: I am trying to avoid trans-fats and hydrogenated oils. Do any of your menu items contain trans-fats? A: Our cooking oils are all trans-fat free." - So I don't know if that answers the question.
Although I've never eaten at a Red Lobster and I don't recall if I've ever eaten a Popeye's biscuit.
