what's with the curl obsession. You should be doing more lifts that hit multiple muscles. The biceps are such a tiny muscle and doing 200 curls probably isn't getting you any closer to your goals that 50 would do.
You seem opposed to doing a mix of body weight movements. Just trying to help out. There are a ton of things you can do at home.
