I'm doing tonights CFFB workout.
I'm on schedule to already do the strength wod which is 3x5 squat and 3x5 press and then you do the daily wod which is alternating 2 pood kb swings (I only have 1 pood) then chins ups in this rep order 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1. I know I'll be slow but it should be good. Still taking it easy on my weight with squats and deads. I haven't cleaned in a few weeks now.
