you love curls because society makes people think they'll make your arms grow.

I bet you'd have better looking arms doing chin ups than curling 25's and have a better looking back and burn more cals.

I know you want simple but 200 curls is not simple. I don't get why changing a movement is the opposite of simple to you. You just go from curling something to pulling up. Or lunging or pushups etc. You're running and curling. That's the weirdest combo ever. It's bro as hell lol.
