Your statement is not accurate or true, please do not post up information like this based on supposition.
A sprung hub disc will chatter, just not as much as a solid unsprung disc. With the use of a sprung clutch disc & UUC's fluid "cocktail", clutch chatter can be kept to a bare minimum.
As a performance mod the LTW clutch & flywheel really is a great one, the benefits really out way any drawbacks.
