The torque spec for securing the solenoid is 22 ft/lbs but there is no way for me to torque it down correctly since I used a crescent wrench. so what I did was just aligned the solenoid to my markers and as a result I know that the solenoid is secure/torque correcty



here is a picture of the solenoid block the 5mm hex bolt on the camshaft sensor. as you can see, the bolt has no way to back out so using loctite is not required



Here is a pix of the old and new engine coolant pipes. I can't see any differences between the design.



Lastly, here is a picture of the engine after today's work.
