You can use the M3 brake carriers if you machine them. The geometry of the knuckles are different between M and non-M, not sure why. Or you can just have custom brackets made. But if you're going through the trouble to make custom brackets, you might as well make them for a more 'sexy' looking caliper than OEM M3..
