I'm saying from a relaxed posture, my inner calf looks longer than when I try to fake an arch, when I fake an arch I actually look like I have calves lol.

I have no arch whatsoever also, and some PT's ive seen have told me I'm going to have knee problems because I don't wear arch supporters. I've never worn them because I've never felt any knee pain.. I just feel like I have some wicked neg camber. do you have knee pain?
