The guys over at Modbargains always come through with great customer service. They're efficient and effective. In the three years I've been active on the forum, I've learned which sponsors are worth dealing with and which ones aren't, and even though I disappeared for a while I knew I could count on them not to go downhill like some of the other guys. This sounds too much like an infomercial, but it's true.

Elliot even called me the next day to follow up with the placement of the order and stayed in touch all the way through the shipping process, too--updating me along the way.
