I'm sure I'm not alone when I say that I've watched my fair share of porn and have no problem when it comes to a real girl. I completely understand the whole pavlovian conditioning idea, but when you're watching a girl on a screen a real girl should trigger the same responses. It's not like kids are sitting in their rooms beating it to a blank monitor.
