Im surprised you heard from Jolly today, as Ive been waiting for her to reply to my Skype msgs to her since Monday... yeah, she told me they have a 5 day holiday...

Anyway, I showed her my unit wasnt working thru video call but still she asked me to try to connect it to a 12V source directly, of course the outcome is the same, blank screen...

I just want to get details from her on how I can return/replace this unit.
