DB often helps that. Everytime I've had issues breaking a certain point, I focused on DB and came back to barbell stronger.
Today is day 2 of doxycycline. My eyes seem sensitive to light (or maybe I'm just going crazy).
I've also been incorporating steamed vegetables more than raw, simply for easier absorption.

I wonder if I will be able to hit 2 plates by September!
