I really don't work my schedule around eating. I eat when I have time to cook and it usually works out to be every 3 and a half hours. I snack in between though, usually on fruits, veggies, nuts, GF pretzels.
Today is the first time I'm doing strictly legs at the gym in a LONG time (probably 3 months). I was neglecting them a lot, but since I started cycling I see a huge difference in my legs so I want to work on my wheels.
