I did my rear window yesterday with the non oem from bavauto. The guy said the non oem were made in Germany and you couldn't tell the difference. It went in with no problems. I couldn't figure out how to disconnect the yellow plug for the airbag so I just hung it up out of the way. The battery was disconnected. It does seem the window struggles a little to go up. Down is smooth and quick. Just waiting for the passenger regulator to come. That one is about to go also.
