OP, not to sound like a pessimist, but you don't think the Raleigh sub market is pretty saturated? Which-wich, Jersey Mikes, Subconscious, Subway, Firehouse, Harris Teeter....I'm sure there are more. I'm not saying don't give it a shot, but there is a lot of competition out there.

It’s actually in Fayetteville NC on a very busy road, I currently own a subway as well but I can’t put a subway there because of territory issues. Also I think I will do better going a non franchise route because it will give me the option to customize my menu to my customers liking.
