My Ride: automatic m3
does this split sound like over training?

Monday --> Back/Bicep
Tuesday --> Chest/Tricep
Wednesday --> legs + core
Thursday --> rest
Friday --> arms + shoulders
Saturday --> rest
Sunday --> rest

I've been getting poor quality sleep, dunno if going to the gym has anything to do with it.
