That's a pretty tough question. I suggest starting in the middle and go either way to see what the car does. It's a good educational tool because you'll need to see what happens when you start adjusting. At the end of the day, it comes down to driver feedback and where the shocks need to be adjusted. If the driver can't give feedback, then it's a guessing game.
Start experimenting and you will learn something which will make you a better driver.
