Prince Wheel Service in Monroe, NC outside of Charlotte.

They fully paint/powder coated wheels, even inside barrel where tire covers rim and the backs of the wheels are black.

I am telling you this is probably superior to many new wheels like the OP. Wny would you not want the rear of the wheels to be black anyway with all the road grime and brake dust!

Hell if I was the OP, I would prefer the shadow chrome to bare/clear aluminum?
