Not really sure what you'd consider "fair". This saves me from having to deal with the deteriorating paint on my bumper, so the value to me is around $80-100. If the color matches and paint condition is good, I'd be willing to go $100. If that's what you needed to get for this bumper then let's plan to meet later today or tomorrow morning.
